Jeff Fulton

I believed that Jeff Fulton might be the new killer with all of these murders in town. His life as an adult was terrible because his daughter was killed by Jazz's dad, Billy. After that incident, his wife abruptly left him and found someone else. I believe that he wants revenge on Billy based on the tone that he talked to Jazz with hate and disdainful taste against his dad.

Eric i agree with your statement completely! i also feel that Jeff is the new killer on the block. He did have such a messed up past that it would make sense for him to be the killer. If i were him i would want revenge on Billy and that is what he's getting. I agree with your comment completely and i'm happy someone also had the same thought as me.
