Best Friends
Howie and Jazz have an unique relationship that allows them to be best friends. Jazz needed some laughter in his life after going through all the crimes his father committed. Knowing about Jazz's cruel past, Howie still stood beside him and didn't let it ruin their relationship. i liked how Howie didn't mind about Jazz's father. Howie was the funny one who tried to brighten things up and I liked him as soon as he was introduced to the book.

I do also agree that Howie and Jazz have a unique friendship. This is why Howie is my favorite character. I like how Howie stays friends with Jazz even though his father is a serial killer. This shows the significant bond between the two how Howie is there for Jazz when nobody else is. Howie brought a positive vibe around Jazz, which made him my favorite character.
