Middle of the Book

The story is starting to get better as it progresses. The story is starting to make sense and it is easier to follow the plot throughout the story. Jazz's father, the most notorious criminal of the last 50 years, is in prison with many life sentences. Jazz tries to bury the past as much as he can because he doesn't like thinking about what his father has done. Jazz joins the police to help investigate a new case. There is a new serial killer on the loose and he must use his knowledge passed down from his father to help catch the serial killer. He must do this quickly because everyone that he knows and cares for could be at risk of death from the serial killer. I understand Jazz's struggles and what has happened to his father in the past and I don't think I can live the same way that I live now if my own father was a psychotic serial killer.

I understand what your trying to say about Jazz growing up with a father that's a killer and how his life plays out. If this was me I would try to do everything possible in my life to change the outcome. Jazz does try to change his life's path. We're born with certain destination and sometimes it can't be changed.
