DianaV11- Personally, Howie was one of my favorite characters in this book. What I like most about Howie was that he was a true friend to Jazz and stuck by his side, even after finding out that the father of Jazz, Billy, was a serial killer. I also enjoy the friendship that Jazz and Howie share, especially when Jazz would get tattoos for Howie, because Howie himself is unable to. What I found astonishing, though, was that Howie, unlike many, never complained about his sickness (making jokes about it) even though it is a very serious thing.

I would have to say that my favorite character was Jazz, because he was such an interesting character to follow. However, I also enjoyed the character of Howie because he was a great friend to Jazz and would always stand by his side. Howie also had a great attitude in general and seemed like an overall good person.
