Ending

The friendship between Howie and Jazz is crazy, how Howie had a strange worry about Jazz is beyond me but they must be so close that they can almost feel when the other is in danger.  Even though Jazz does all these crazy things throughout the story Howie is always right by his side, no matter how illegal they might be.  The ending of the book was insane to say the least, Jeff Fulton reveals himself as “The Impressionist” then Billy Dent was able to escape from prison when Jazz moved the birdbath, then to make matters worse Billy decides to kill Melissa Hoover and leaves a letter for Jazz.  The rapid end to the book makes me want to read the sequel just to see if Jazz ever gets his first kill under his belt and if that kill will be his own father.

I agree with Tyler. I thought Howie and Jazz’s friendship was pretty insane. No matter what Jazz has been through or what lied ahead, Howie was there for him. Throughout Jazz’s tough times he was able to have someone who stood by him. I also liked how they had a very strong friendship. Like Tyler said, they can probably feel when the other one is in danger. That’s a powerful bond.
